We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
Shipping costs
- Orders over $30: FREE shipping
- Orders under $30: $2.90 flat rate
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may vary slightly.
Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays, weather or high order volumes.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs & duties
All prices include any import duties. You won't have to pay anything extra on delivery.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at lanna-leaf@gmx.net and we'll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
